Air-Fryer Baked Potato
Almost anything will serve well with an air-fryer baked potato. From baked chicken recipes to turkey chili, these potatoes go especially well with hearty meals. You can also serve these up with a light pasta dish or a gorgeous summertime salad.
Ingredients :
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- optional: sour cream, butter, crumbled bacon, minced chives, guacamole, shredded cheddar cheese and minced fresh cilantro
Directions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°. Scrub potatoes; pierce each several times with a fork. In a small bowl, mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper. Rub potatoes with butter mixture. Wrap each tightly in a piece of foil.
- Place potatoes in a single layer on tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until fork tender, 35-45 minutes, rotating halfway through.
