BBQ Chicken Sliders
BBQ Chicken Sliders are made with 5 unique layers making them go above and beyond any other sandwich recipe. Fabulous for parties, potlucks and game day and can be served hot or room temperature!
Ingredients :
- 12 hawaiian slider rolls
- 2 tablespoon garlic aioli
- 1 1/2 cups bbq chicken , shredded (hot or cold)
- 3/4 cup oil and vinegar coleslaw
- 1/4 cup butter , melted
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Directions
- Using a serrated knife, cut the Hawaiian rolls in half as a whole slab.
- in the oven, toast lightly under low broil (optional). Slather with the garlic aioli.
- Top the slider rolls with prepared BBQ chicken, then the prepared coleslaw.
- Put the tops of the Hawaiian rolls back on.
- Ins a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, white pepper and dried parsley flakes.
- Baste the butter over the top of the slider rolls.
- Cut into individual sandwiches and serve.
