Ingredients :
- 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces

- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 pound boneless pork chops
Directions
