Ingredients :

  • 2 red bell peppers, thinly sliced and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ⅓ cup soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound boneless pork chops

Directions

  1. Combine bell peppers, chicken broth, soy sauce, peanut butter, garlic, honey, ginger, and pepper flakes in a slow cooker; add pork, turning to coat.
  2. Cover the slow cooker. Cook on Low until pork is tender, 5 to 6 hours.
